Fernando is a teacher, choreographer, master teacher and philosopher in the art of dance. He has worked with many performers involved in the industry as well as numerous dance studios throughout the United States. An entertainer who has appeared, toured and performed throughout the United States and internationally, feels that it’s an experience to share with students and all who have questions about the industry and the fantasies and realities that takes place both on and off the stage and set. Aside from being a pioneer and a master in his own style of dance, Fernando is also an experienced martial artist. He feels strongly that the martial arts form and theory has helped to develop a strong, effective and powerful form of dance from a physical point to an emotional and spiritual level. Fernando quotes; I believe that the dancer in all of us begins from within our souls. Dance is far more emotion than just physical. To dance from the heart is to dance with freedom. Fernando believes that anyone can become proficient in technique, but you need the spirituality behind the arts. His work with students and performers allows them to release who they are. Fernando combines the elements of nearly all types and styles of dance, but that doesn’t really define it. He says that when it comes to dance and choreography, there are no rules. Fernando’s movements reflect Gene Kelly’s grace, precision and visceral elegance, along with the flare, sharpness and firepower. His vision and approach is unpredictable and universal in the art of choreography, directing and producing. The encounter with Fernando will help you to embrace and capture the magic within your reach. Come and discover an experience that will last a Lifetime.
